Patients - Financial Arrangements
Greater Regional Medical Center understands that health care billing can be complex and difficult to comprehend at times. A billing statement is a summary of the services and supplies used for patient care.
Greater Regional Patient Accounts personnel will submit patient bills to the respective insurance companies. Please remember hospitalization and other services you may receive from Greater Regional Medical Center are part of a contract between you and your insurance company.
While Greater Regional is happy to work with a patient’s insurance company, the patient receiving services from Greater Regional Medical Center is ultimately responsible for their account. Be sure to bring in all health insurance cards when receiving services at Greater Regional.
Greater Regional Medical Center offers a variety of payment plans for services. MasterCard, Discover, and Visa are also accepted. All patient billing will come from CPSI and Preferred Medical Deposit is our statement and depository service that helps Greater Regional manage its patient billings.
