Rehabilitation Services Team |
Greater Regional Rehabilitation provides a wide range of therapy services to southwest Iowa to meet your unique needs. We offer occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy for outpatient, inpatient, home health, and nursing facilities.
Free Sports Injury Screenings
For all area high school athletes
Regardless of the sport, injuries may occur and prompt treatment encourages recovery, helps relieve pain, restores motor function and improves strength and mobility.
Our Sports Medicine team consists of a licensed athletic trainer, physical therapist and occupational therapy, depending on the type of injury.
Our team will work with your family’s physician to coordinate care, speed your recovery and facilitate any referrals needed.
Therapists perform initial free assessments Monday through Friday or Saturday mornings by appointment. Minors need accompanied by a parent on the first visit. Same-day or next-day scheduling is often possible but appointments allow the staff to plan for your arrival and serve you most efficiently.
Should ongoing care be necessary, the athlete’s physician will be contacted for treatment orders and payment modality will be established.

Levels of Care
Inpatients Inpatient care is provided to patients who remain in the hospital before, during, and after receiving healthcare services. Outpatients
Outpatient care describes medical care or treatment that does not require an overnight stay in a hospital or medical facility. Often patients that are discharged required follow-up care and services.
Home Health Care Helping individuals live independently given the limits of their medical condition. It may involve helping the person improve his or her ability with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Or it may include rehabilitation for cooking, cleaning, and other housekeeping jobs.
Hospice Hospice care is defined not only by the services and care provided, but also by the setting in which these services are delivered. Hospice care may be provided in your home or in a special facility.
