Creston- LouAnn Snodgrass, Chief Quality Officer, was excited to announce to the Board of Trustees that Greater Regional Health has been awarded a 5-star Rating as a facility in the HCAHPS (the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) survey.

The survey also address’ the cleanliness and quietness of patients’ rooms and whether the facility would be recommended to family and friends. Survey response rates and the number of completed surveys are also publicly reported.

Within the survey sepsis care is evaluated. Sepsis is a life-threatening illness caused by your body’s response to an infection.
