The Mt. Ayr Community Health Clinic is excited to deliver Primary Health Care services for the Ringgold County area. Our providers, Gina Perri, MD, Abbey Clarkson, ARNP, and Raydeen Derscheid, ARNP, are committed to delivering personal, long term care for you and your family.
Having a primary care provider (PCP), is important to maintain overall health. Our providers are trained to diagnose and treat most common disease and medical conditions, and if necessary, can coordinate you with one of Greater Regional's Specialists for further care.
The clinic also has on-site x-ray services to get your results faster and closer to home.
Mt. Ayr Community Health Clinic is welcoming new patients from Monday through Friday ranging in hours of operation to accommodate our patients’ busy schedules. Our patient access representatives will work to get you seen by one of our providers within the same day.
