Having a primary care provider (PCP), is important to maintain overall health. Raydeen and Abbey will get to know your health history and work with you to coordinate your health care.
The clinic also has on-site x-ray services to get your results faster & closer to home.
Mt. Ayr Community Health Clinic is welcoming new patients from Monday through Friday ranging in hours of operation to accommodate our patients’ schedules. Walk-ins are welcome as well. Our patient access representatives will work to get you seen by one of our providers within the same day.
