The Corning Medical Clinic along with Greater Regional Health staff were excited to be a part of the Adams County Fair that happened over the weekend!
We participated in the parade and were able to hand out goodies to kids and families taking advantage of the educational trivia and information GRH had to share. On Sunday afternoon, we presented a booth set up for Kid’s Day. Kids were able to participate in a creative farm animal trivia game to win prizes. Let’s not forget the heat, GRH provided popsicles with Corning Medical Clinic popsicle insulated sleeves to keep their freeze pops icy cold!
We were happy to return on Monday to Seniors Day to provide Stroke Awareness Trivia for seniors to participate in and create awareness of the signs and symptoms presenting during or prior to a stroke. Also, advocating and informing the public for GRH's second year being recognized as a Primary Stroke Center!
Greater Regional Health in connection with The Corning Medical Clinic enjoy being able to immerse ourselves out into the community to share health related information to assist in knowledge and awareness to positively impact the health of their community they work, play, and live in.
