Flu Season

If you haven’t checked your calendar lately, it is almost October. What does this mean? Flu Season 2020 coming your way. The best part about this, Greater Regional Health has you covered.

Access Reminder

At Greater Regional Health, the ease of access to our facility is a high priority. We are very thankful to our patients for understanding the closure of entrances while we were navigating through the pandemic. As we continue to understand more precautions and continue to figure out this ‘new normal’ for a while, we are pleased to announce we will be opening the South Entrance for our patients starting Thursday, October 1st.

Our patients that utilize our visiting providers please utilize this entrance as it leads you directly to your appointment. If you are at our facility to see Allergy, Asthma, Immunology, Cardiology, Dermatology, EMG Testing, Nephrology, and Vascular services enter in the South Entrance and the visiting providers suite is on your right.

New Life Family Medicine patients will benefit from utilizing this entrance as well. Enter in through the south entrance and look toward your left to enter in the lobby area. The exterior entrance into New Life Family Medicine will no longer be open, you will need to enter through the South Entrance.

A friendly reminder of how you can access the Medical Arts Plaza and what you will find in there. You can access the Medical Arts Plaza now from either the South Entrance (old Urgent Care Entrance) or the newly remodeled Medical Arts Plaza vestibule.

On the first floor of the Medial Arts Plaza you will find Greater Regional Specialty Services that include: Audiology, ENT, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine, X-Ray and Wound Care.

Continue down the hall on the left is Creston Vision Clinic and as I mentioned above the visiting providers and New Life Family Medicine.

The second floor of the Medical Arts Plaza has the Primary Care Clinic which houses Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrician providers, as well as our Mental Health providers.

And lastly across the hall from the Primary Care is located OB/GYN and Urology.

I would like to emphasis we at Greater Regional appreciate our patients understanding as we remodel and rearrange our facility to best deliver the health care that our patients of Southwest Iowa deserve.

As always, this may or may not be the last move 😊
