Run for the Trails!

Greater Regional Health is proud to be part of solutions for social determinants of health by continually building to improve factors for community. One way we support is by investing in community health–promoting activities to fulfill health initiatives.

Coming up this weekend, July 2nd, a title sponsorship for the past 5 years GRH has proudly established with, The Greater 8 & 5K! The participants funds from registration will be going towards the Union County trail system for improvements and opportunity!


Packet Pickup: 3 to 6 p.m. July 1st here at Greater Regional in the Medical Arts Plaza Entrance (MAP Entrance) – If you are unable to collect your packet during this designated time, they will be available at the McKinley Park start line, the Southeast side of the park.

Parking Advisory: Streets will be closed the morning of the race. Plan to park on side streets or down at McKinley Ball Field.

NEW THIS YEAR as part of the event is the ‘Kids Fun Run!’ All children welcome, any age, to participate in a run around the loop and finish across the finish line! No registration required it will not be timed. Please be there prior to the start time of 8:30 a.m. July 2nd.

If you have not had the opportunity to sign up, there’s still time! Sign up is open until the race begins!
