Today I share exciting news that Union County Public Health has received 300 doses this week. This is 100 doses more than what Union County Public Health has received in the last 3 weeks.
Union County Public Health and Greater Regional Health continue to conduct weekly eligible 65+ vaccine clinics and to work through tier 1 of Phase 1b.
With this additional 100 doses this week, Union County Public Health will be able to get two vaccine clinics done. More vaccines to more people, which is what our goal is.
Patience and understanding is still appreciated as Union County Public Health works through the list of 1,000+ names on the waiting list, and the list grows each day.
The supply and demand of the vaccine is still very uneven, however Union County Public Health works through each week the supply it does receive, and will continue to do so until everyone who wants a vaccine will receive one.
