Greater Regional Rehabilitation provides a wide range of therapy services to southwest Iowa to meet your unique needs. We offer occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy for outpatient, inpatient, and some area nursing facilities.

Levels of Care
Inpatient care is provided to patients who remain in the hospital before, during, and after receiving healthcare services.
Outpatient care describes medical care or treatment that does not require an overnight stay in a hospital or medical facility. Often patients that are discharged required follow-up care and services.
Eric Forquer, PT,CWS - Physical Therapist
Eric graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor's degree in biology, then earned his Master's of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa. He has skills in orthopaedics, wound care, work-related rehabilitation, sports medicine and manual therapy. .In 2015, Eric became a Certified Wound Specialist through the American Board of Wound Management.
JillAlice Hoakison, DPT - Physical Therapist
Jill graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University in Omaha. She has experience in total joint rehabilitation, acute case, skilled care, vestibular, pediatrics and neurological rehabilitation.
Andrea Skellenger, OTD, MOTR/L, CLT - Occupational Therapist
Andrea earned her bachelor's degree in Community Health with an emphasis in substance abuse from Iowa State University and a Master of Occupational Therapy from St. Ambrose University. She obtained her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at Creighton University. Andrea had additional training in rehabilitation of the upper extremity, splint fabrication, hand therapy, and is certified inlymphedema and ergonomics.
Travis Miller - Speech and Language Pathologist
Travis received his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Iowa in Political Science and earned a Master of Science degree in Speech/Language Pathology from the University of Southern Mississippi. Travis is certified in the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) program for patients with Parkinson's disease. He also has additional training in ora./facial myology, evaluation/treatment of swallowing disorders, and medical speech/language pathology.
Chris Leonard- Certified Athletic Trainer, ATC, CSCS
Chris Leonard is a nationally certified athletic trainer, licensed in the state of Iowa and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He is a graduate of Iowa State University with degrees in Animal Science and Athletic Training. His athletic training assignments while at ISU included football, men's track and field, men's hockey and Ames High School. Before joining the Greater Regional team, Chris worked at Waco High School as an athletic trainer and also worked as an athletic training intern with the Dallas Cowboys.
Kelsi Huseman- Certified Athletic Trainer, ATC
Kelsi Huseman is a nationally certified athletic trainer, licensed in the state of Iowa. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a MS degree in Athletic Training. She also holds degrees in sports management and physical education and administration. While at UNO, Kelsi completed clinical rotations with the Creighton men and women's basketball teams and at Westside High School. After graduation, she interned for one year at Northwest Missouri State and covered football and men and women's track. Before joining the Greater Regional team, Kelsi worked in Kansas City at Winnetonka High school covering all sports.
Laura Crawford - Rehabilitation Technician
Laura is a certified in Activity Therapy. She provides functional and cognitive activities for skill nursing patients and assist the therapists throughout the day with wound care, exercises and inventory. She also fills in at the Department's reception area as needed.
