When specialized care is needed, we coordinate seamlessly with Greater Regional Health's network of specialists to ensure you receive the comprehensive care you deserve.

Our clinic features on-site X-ray services, enabling us to provide fast and convenient diagnostic results, ensuring you receive timely and efficient care close to home. Greenfield Medical Clinic provides podiatry services to diagnose and treat a variety of foot and ankle related conditions. Laura Hagen, ARNP, FNP-C, CFCS, can provide on-site Nerve Pain Therapy for the treatment of peripheral neuropathy symptoms. Greenfield Medical Clinic also offers an extension of Greater Regional Health Obstetric Services. We provide local prenatal care until it is time to transition to your delivering OB provider at Greater Regional Health in Creston.
