Bailley is orginally from Clarinda, Iowa. She attended Southwestern Community College in Creston to earn her Associate of Science in Nursing before going on to Clarkson College to receive her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Nursing.
Outside of work, Bailley and her husband, Shawn, enjoy supporting their two sons at sporting events. Bailley spends her free time baking, traveling, reading, shopping, and helping out on the farm.
