Infusions
Our expert nurses aim to provide a holistic approach and make patients as comfortable as possible during treatments.
Infusion therapy allows for the delivery of chemotherapy drugs directly into your bloodstream. It also enables you to receive anti-nausea and other medications without the need for more needles.
Infusion therapy isn’t just for cancer, though. It’s also used in the treatment of:
autoimmune disorders
congestive heart failure
dehydration
immune deficiencies
infections that are unresponsive to oral antibiotics
pain
In the Infusion center we have 6 semi-private shared suites and two private suites. Each infusion suite has a TV, internet access, a heated and massaging recliner, warm blankets and refreshments.
Our services are provided Monday-Friday. We have five certified chemotherapy nurses who work closely with providers to provide infusions.
We offer injections and infusions for multiple diagnoses including pediatrics and OB patients. We offer chemotherapy and immunotherapy under the direction of our medical oncologists.
For hematology serves we offer phlebotomy, transfusions and infusions.
