Sleep Medicine

Greater Regional Sleep Medicine is AASM Accredited.

Why would you need to to see a Sleep Medicine Specialist?

Do you...

  • think you're sleep deprived?

  • snore to wake up

  • gasping or choking at night?

  • wake up feeling tired and stay tired during the day?

  • experience drowsy driving?

  • have high blood pressure?

If you answered yes to any of these, you may be at risk for sleep apnea.

Sleep Center at Greater Regional

Lack of adequate sleep is associated with a variety of chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, obesity, and diabetes and also is often a factor in motor vehicle collisions which result in injury and disability. According to the CDC, more than 25% of the U.S. population report they occasionally do not get enough sleep and nearly 10% experience chronic insomnia. Adequate sleep is important to one's good health. Greater Regional Health has offered highly specialized sleep lab services since 2001. Our team is specially trained in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.
